We met Kelly at an open house she held and we clicked with her immediately. We received positive feedback from a number of friends when we mentioned meeting her. She really understands the local market and works hard to find properties that match with her clients. Kelly is a remarkable agent and has become a good friend through this process. She is a consummate professional, patient and kind in even the most intense situations. Kelly was amazing! She worked with us for over a year to find the right property for us. She was our advocate and offered us excellent advice when making our offer and in responding to inspection reports. Her passion for her job and for her clients was evident in every conversation and action.

I would recommend Kelly Toney to anyone I know. No matter what if a house sold by the time we could make an offer or something came up she always managed to bring my spirits up and onward to the next. Stress free and always brought positive vibes to every place we went

This was a complicated sale as there were IRS Tax liens.. this property had been listed with two previous agencies. and could not get the lien release. and they were listing for far less money.. Met Kelly shared my needs and was down to the last straw as it was ready to be foreclosed on for back taxes. MS KELLY SAID I LOVE A CHALLENGE listed the property for far more than the other agencies...It sold and there was a closing !!! every challenge that came before us she took care of in a very joyful SPIRIT..She really really stands behind her clients. i have a few other pieces of property that i will be listing with her also.. she accomplished something that TWO OTHER AGENCIES COULDN'T I am so thankful !!!
